Free Sports Physicals - June 12.

FREE sports physicals are scheduled for Tuesday, June 12.  There will be no other dates for physicals in 2012.  

Location: Salem Sports & Rehab, 13 Red Roof Ln Suite 2, Salem, NH 03079

Time: Arrival times are staggered as follows:


Every year we get about 100 phone calls on the first day of practices in the fall from people whose kids haven't gotten a physical!!! Talk to your athletes and encourage them to take advantage of this service. 

The Safe Sports physical form should be completed and submitted to us by May 15. You can submit the form to your school's athletic trainer, athletic director or BY MAILING TO THE CLINIC ADDRESS ABOVE.  

Copies of the Safe Sports Physical Form are available online here in the documents section.

How to get a physical form:

• Each school has been given paper copies of the physical form.
• The form is attached here.

The Scholarship Committee of the WHS Jaguar Booster Club is very pleased to announce there will be three athletic scholarships of $1000  each, available to award to eligible graduating seniors.
The committee is accepting applications now, with a submittal deadline of April 13, 2012.
The award criteria and application forms for these awards may be found online at www.windhamjaguars.org, or in the Guidance Office.

The Jaguar Booster Club has diligently tried to maintain an updated sports game schedule for each season on our website, www.windhamjaguars.org.  With many last minute schedule changes, cancellations and updates, there have been issues with the boosters not being able to update our website in a timely manner with these schedule changes.   To avoid any further confusion, we will no longer be providing live schedules.  All Windham High School sports schedules can be found at www.highschoolsports.net .  This is the site that the athletic directors and league officials update with changes, cancellations and information, it has the most up to date information on schedules.  You may click on the link in this email and we have posted a link to the site for your convenience as well.

The Jaguar Booster site, www.windhamjaguars.org, will have directions and links to all the game facilities, rinks, pools and fields.   Athletes will still need to register for sports on our site.  Our site will provide information on our sports teams, rosters, team accolades and successes, pictures as well as your up to the minute information on Booster happenings.
